Phosphorous Inks
Now we know what it's like to have Superman's X-ray vision.. but he had it easy! What's the difference between a UV tat made with or without phosphorous ink? Addition to phosphorous inks being seen in total darkness without a black-light, they must first absorb light to emit light.
